Automations
One workflow engine under every module. Anything that happens in Drimkit can start a flow, and a flow can act anywhere — with waits, branches and conditions, versioned, and tested before it touches a customer.
What starts a flow
Narrow any trigger to the thing you mean — this page’s form, this product bought, this course joined — and each one hands its details to the steps after it.
Landing Pages
A form is sent — on a chosen page, first sends or updates
Ads Tracker and VSL
A conversion is recorded, by campaign and type
A video reaches one of its named moments
Store and checkout
A checkout starts, or isn’t paid
An order is taken, paid, moved, sent or delivered
A subscription starts, renews or isn’t paid
A dispute opens or is settled
Courses and communities
Someone joins, or a part unlocks
A lesson opens or is finished; the course is finished
A post, reply or chat message, or something flagged
Consultations
A booking is made, moved, cancelled, or starting soon
Messaging and contacts
A WhatsApp or SMS reply comes in
An email is opened, clicked or replied to
Someone is added to a list or tagged
Anything else
A webhook from any app you use
What a flow can do
Steps run one after another, each with the data of the ones before it — {{contact.firstName}}, {{order.totalText}}, the page they came from.
Email, SMS or WhatsApp — to one person or a whole segment
Find or create a contact, update them, tag them, add them to a list
Take an order, move it on the board, set a reminder for the team
Give or take away course and community access, or post as the team
Book, move or cancel a time, or give a pack of sessions
Record a conversion against the ad click that brought them
Send anything to a webhook, and use its answer in the next step
Add an affiliate, or answer their application
Wait for a time, or for something to happen — a payment, a reply, a sign-in — with a timeout and a path for each outcome.
Branch on anything the flow knows: what they bought, where they came from, what they answered.
Versions you publish, test runs that send only to you, steps that never run twice, and no flow can start itself again.
Flows people build
Each is a few minutes in the builder — and every step’s settings are filled in from the trigger before it.
Reminds people who left — but never someone who came back and paid on a second try.
